About contractors
What we keep about your company:
- your company name, and the trades and areas your own website lists,
- the business email or contact form shown on your website,
- the emails we exchange, which requests you took, and your invoices.
We use this to offer you requests that fit your trade and area, and to bill you only as described on How it works. Payments go through Stripe. We never see or keep your card or bank details.
About customers
When someone asks for a quote on one of our service-request websites, we keep what they sent: their name, phone, email, address or town, and the job details.
- If we don't do the job ourselves, we pass the request to one local company in that trade and area. That company pays us for it.
- Before a company says yes, it sees only the job, the town and the timing. The customer's name and contact details go to that one company only.
- We don't sell or rent lists of customers or contractors.
This website
This site has no forms and no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
How to opt out
- Contractors: reply "stop" to any of our emails, or write to abe@ashfordgroupservices.com. We stop emailing you.
- Customers: write to abe@ashfordgroupservices.com to have your request withdrawn, not passed on, or deleted.
We keep invoice records for as long as tax law requires.
